Alpha Yoongi has lived in the city his entire life- 31 years. He's contributed art and music to the growing society and is favored because of his more "human-esque" traits, and his outlook on life. The reigning government, "The Ministry", is leaning away from their Werewolf and Shifter pasts, despite everyone in the city being Hybrids: an evolution of Humans and Shifters. After the Shifter wars and a close encounter with Apocalypse and Epidemic, All that survived were Hybrids. With numbers dwindling, The Ministry has enacted policy after policy to ensure the success of their civilization. Everyone must play their part.
